Bulk Delivery Guidelines

• Trees need to be trimmed up 12 feet from the ground.
• Gates need to be a minimum of 9 feet wide.
• Dump site needs to be level; no dumping on a slope.
• Bridges must be able to handle a truck weighing at least 24 tons (48,000lbs).
• A 15% grade is the steepest our trucks can deliver to.
• Turn around area must be at least 65 feet wide in diameter.
• The maximum time a driver will wait on location is 45 minutes. “No shows” will be charged an additional trucking fee.
• Locations that are deemed undeliverable will be charged the original trucking fee.
• While your satisfaction is extremely important to us, it is the driver’s sole decision as to whether or not he/she can safely unload in the requested area. This decision will be based upon potential safety hazards as well as potential property damage.
